Accurova Trust & Privacy Policy
At Accurova, we treat your intellectual property, personal data, and brand identity with the same precision we apply to our visual strategy. We are committed to ethical B2B engagements, transparent contracting, and responsible digital governance.
1. Personal Data Protection (PDPA Compliance)
- Data Collection & Usage: We only collect information strictly necessary for project execution and invoicing (e.g., names, contact details, and project briefs). Your data is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties.
- Pre-Release Confidentiality: We understand the critical nature of unreleased merchandise, branding, and cosplay debuts. All raw files, project drafts, and visual assets are securely stored and will not be published in the Accurova portfolio without prior, explicit client consent.
2. Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
As the creative economy evolves, Accurova remains committed to human-engineered visual strategy and responsible AI governance.
- Client IP Protection: No commissioned media, proprietary designs, or personal likenesses will ever be utilized to train, test, or generate outputs via third-party Generative AI models without explicit, written opt-in consent from the client.
- Tool Transparency: If AI-assisted tools (such as generative fill or automated masking) are utilized purely for localized retouching within industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom), it is done strictly to enhance the human-directed workflow, not to fabricate the core asset.
3. Fair Contracting & IP Rights (Tripartite Alignment)
We believe in friction-less, transparent partnerships. Accurova structures all client engagements in alignment with the principles of the Tripartite Standard on Contracting with Self-Employed Persons (SEPs).
- Clear Milestones: All deliverables, timelines, and revision rounds are clearly documented prior to the commencement of shooting or editing.
- Copyright & Usage: Upon full payment of the invoice, clients receive the agreed-upon licensing and usage rights for the final delivered assets. Accurova retains the right to display the final, publicly released images within our professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is active.
4. Digital Products & Templates
For users purchasing digital assets (Lightroom Presets, CapCut Templates, or educational materials) via the Accurova store:
- Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all template and preset sales are final.
- These assets are licensed for individual use to enhance your personal or commercial projects. They may not be redistributed, repackaged, or resold as standalone digital products.
